How it works
- 01
Place your order. Choose the available size, stone, chain, or band specifications.
- 02
Confirmation and selection. Within one to two business days, the team confirms the expected delivery window and begins.

The piece is made. Gold is cast, stones are individually set, and every surface is hand-finished and polished.
- 04
Insured delivery. The finished piece is photographed, packaged, tracked, and sent with signature required.
Typical timing
Engraving, alternate gemstones, and bespoke commissions may require an additional two to four weeks. For a specific date, contact the house before ordering.
Sizing
Complimentary ring sizers are available by request. Standard necklace and pendant chain lengths are 16, 18, 20, and 22 inches, with custom lengths available by arrangement.
